Regardless of intent, many of the regulations are too voluminous for any business to stay completely up-to-date.  Many go through major changes every year, while your business is left unaware of possible noncompliance.  In the past, noncompliance was only discovered after an audit by a government agency, or by hiring outside counsel.  In the worst cases, problems may be discovered only after legal action has commenced against your business.  Either way, the expenses from fines, punitive damages, and legal fees can be huge.

What can your business expect as a WWW client using compliance check?  We are not lawyers.  We do not offer legal advice.  What we will do is assess your account with the help of your staff.  In most cases, the audits can be completed in under an hour and are based around many simple “yes/no/NA” questions.  We will then review the data we have collected and present you with something usable.  This can take the complex form of a complete safety program to something as simple, but important as an updated employee manual.  We can even train your line supervisors in Harassment, or FMLA to prevent personal liability.  Every client’s needs are unique, as are the results we provide.

In concert with our audits, WWW teaches classes for our clients throughout the year to keep them up to date with regulations and any changes that may have occurred.  These are held throughout the Tampa Bay area.  Most of our Compliance Check classes count towards CPA, PHR, and State of Florida General Contractor License continuing education credits.
